Paris, October 16, 2020 – Jean-Christophe Devouge joins Perchet Rontchevsky & Associés, an independent law firm dedicated to M&A and litigation.
After 10 years spent in leading M&A teams, Jean-Christophe Devouge joins, as a partner, the boutique created at the beginning of the year by Christophe Perchet and Nicolas Rontchevsky.

Jean-Christophe advises listed and unlisted companies, their boards of directors and executives as well as investment funds in the context of strategic transactions in France and abroad (in particular in emerging countries), on their governance issues and sensitive litigation (stock exchange disputes, shareholder conflicts, commercial litigation, investigations and procedures of regulatory authorities).

Since 2015, Jean-Christophe has been an associate at the international law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Prior to that, he practiced at Gide and BDGS. He is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris (2006-2008) and of the Panthéon Sorbonne University – Paris I (2006-2007). Jean-Christophe has been a lecturer at Sciences Po, since 2015.
