Aurélien is a graduate of Panthéon-Assas University (Master 2 in Business and Tax Law) and ESSEC business school.
He practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities law, corporate governance and capital markets, both in an advisory and a litigation capacity.
Before joining the firm, Aurélien worked as a strategy consultant and completed several internships in business law firms – in Paris and abroad – and in investment banking.
