Christophe Perchet

Prior to founding Perchet Rontchevsky & Associés, Christophe Perchet was a partner for nearly 20 years at Jeantet and Davis Polk & Wardwell, LLP. 

As recognized specialist in M&A, markets regulation and corporate governance issues, Christophe advises public and private companies, their boards of directors, their managers and investment funds on strategic transactions (acquisitions, partnerships, major projects), corporate governance issues and crisis as well as complex litigation (market abuses, shareholder disputes, commercial disputes, regulatory authority investigations and proceedings). 

Christophe is a graduate of Sciences Po Strasbourg (1990) and holds a DJCE and a DESS from the University of Strasbourg (1991).
