Jean-Christophe advises listed and unlisted companies, their boards of directors, their managers as well as investment funds in the context of strategic operations in France and abroad (in particular in emerging countries), on their governance issues and sensitive litigation (stock exchange disputes, shareholder conflicts, commercial litigation, investigations and procedures of regulatory authorities).

Since 2015, Jean-Christophe has been an associate at the international law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Prior to that, he practiced at Gide and BDGS. He is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris (2006-2008) and of the Panthéon Sorbonne University – Paris I (2006-2007). Jean-Christophe has been a lecturer at Sciences Po, since 2015.
