Kaïs is a graduate of the universities of Paris Dauphine (Master 2 in Corporate Law) and Panthéon-Assas.
His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and public offerings, as well as on stock exchange, governance and capital markets law.
Prior to joining the firm, Kaïs completed several internships in business law firms in Paris as well as in the legal departments of major groups.
