Shanon is a graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Magistère Juriste d’Affaires – DJCE).
She practices in the areas of corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance, and provides both advisory and litigation services.
Before joining the firm, Shanon completed several internships in French and Anglo-Saxon business law firms, as well as in investment banking.
