PR & Associés names Abeba Debaudre Negga as new partner

Paris, January 31, 2023 – Abeba Debaudre Negga becomes the fourth partner of PR & Associés

After having participated in the creation of PR & Associés in 2020 alongside Christophe Perchet and Nicolas Rontchevsky, Abeba Debaudre Negga becomes the fourth partner of the firm.

Aged 32, Abeba advises growth companies, both listed and unlisted, on structuring and securing their development strategies, in particular in the implementation of fundraising, acquisition or strategic partnership transactions. With her experience in stock market regulation, she also assists her clients in their transactions on the financial markets.

Prior to joining PR & Associés in 2020, Abeba practiced at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in Paris. She is a graduate of UC Berkeley, CA (2016) and Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (2013). Abeba is admitted to the Paris and New York bars.
